Pouyantech Three threads polyaxial pedicle screws are an another type of orthopedic implant used in spinal fusion surgeries. These screws are designed to provide stability , faster fusion and faster insertion of support to the spine by anchoring into the pedicles of the vertebrae.

The term "cortical cancellous cortical" refers to two types of bone material that the screw can anchor to - in the entrance part of the screw, the cortical tissue in the middle part of the cancellous tissue and finally it hits the cortical tissue of the vertebra, which is the new generation of screw design. It is the vertebrae of the spine. Despite the double anchorage, this mechanism further helps to create a strong and stable fixation for spinal fusion.
